Description: The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The planned solicitation release date is November 2, 2006. The Contractor shall provide approximately fifty-one thousand, five hundred (51,500) embroidered chevrons total for USMA Cadet full dress coats, overcoats and dress coats. There are one hundred (100) ranks that the chevrons need to be made for. The Contractor who is awarded the contract will provide six (6) first article samples to the Government for testing, to include a visual inspection, dry cleaning and a visual examination after dry cleaning.
