- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Inglewood, CA The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 17,000 sq. ft. warehouse; 800 sq. ft office space. The space must be located in Inglewood, California within the following delineated area: West: Vista del Mar Blvd. to Highland Ave. to Manhattan Ave. to Hermosa Ave. to Harbor Dr. to Catalina Ave. North: Manchester Blvd. East: Western Ave. South: Torrance Blvd. The proposed lease is for seven (7) years, five (5) years firm and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 24, 2007. The Government requires 15 secured off-street parking spaces for government vehicles available at no cost, and also adequate parking for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office/site. Building offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Requirements. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
