UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE IS SEEKING LAND OR EXISTING BUILDING FOR THE SUSSEX REGIONAL CARRIER ANNEX Solicitation #: 362575-06-A-P004 PREFERRED AREA IS BOUND BY: 1. North - by Rt. 26 ? Vines Creek Rd 2. South ? by Rt. 54 - Lighthouse Rd 3. East ? by Central Ave 4. West ? by Rt. 113 Needed is a vacant site of approximately 1.2 acres - net useable square feet with a minimum frontage of approximately 200?. Proposed site size excludes additional area needs for septic, storm water retention or other special requirements. Property should be properly zoned or capable of being rezoned for use as a postal operation site. Site to be offered as assignable option. OR An existing building of approximately 10,000 square feet on a suitable site; parking and maneuvering area for approximately 80 vehicles; and a dock or other provision for truck loading and unloading. The building must meet Federal Handicapped Accessibility Standards at the time of occupancy or be capable of being modified to meet such.
