Solicitation is Unrestricted, Critical Item Application, Configuration Control applies .The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 288 each for the base year and for each option year thereafter. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity which are 72 each for the base year and each option year thereafter. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
