- Description
- The Government intends to execute a 100% small business set aside acquisition for the recertification of Government owned compressed gas tube bank trailers (NSN 9135-00-800-2011), Estimated Quantity of 16 each. The contractor shall provide all production, materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment and labor necessary for the testing and recertification of these trailers. The services shall be completed by 31 October 2006 (for 8 each) and 18 December 2006 (for 8 each). The trailers shall be recertified by either hydrostatic or acoustic emissions testing methods. The resultant awarded contract shall be a one-year, firm fixed price requirements type contract. The period of performance shall be from 2 Oct 2006 through 01 Oct 2007. Subject solicitation will be issued on about 07 September 2006 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov. If you do not have internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Only written, email or faxed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are accepted.
