- This solicitation amendment has two purposes: 1: The solicitation response date will now read 11/03/2006. 2: The Department of State modifies its current requirement to reflect the most recent list of supplies contained with the excel spreadsheet labeled Required Supplies. The Department of State issues this solicitation on a cascading small business set-aside for commerical items. If the Department of State receives responsive quotes from two of more small-businesses, the Department of State will set aside the award. However, firms must offer products manufactured by small businesses in order to qualify. The Department of State seeks a contractor to provide the materials (or equal) listed on the attached excel spreadsheet in NEW in condition. Please submit your quote using the attached excel spreadsheet "Required Supplies". The Department of State will evaluate quotes based on the following criteria: Delivery Schedule, Price, and Past performance on prior orders if applicable. The Department of State will give a heavy preference to vendors that are able to deliver at least a portion of the order in significantly less time than 30 days. The Department of State will accept multiple shipments.
