- This procurement is intended to be awarded as a sole-source 6 month interim contract to the incumbent contractor. The Contractor will provide Home Oxygen services, equipment and supplies as defined in the forthcoming solicitation for eligible veterans within the primary service area (PSA) of the WJBD Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Columbia, South Carolina. A schedule of items is included at the bottom of this pre-solicitation notice for your convenience.
