Description

This procurement will be awarded as a 3-Yr Requirements contract to a 100% HUBzone competitive Small Business Set-Aside. The items that will be procured are the Interface Liner, NSN: 4240-01-535-7591, Part Number: 5-19-14230 and the Airlock Liner, N SN: 4240-01-515-4564, Part Number: 5-19-13855. For end item Bump Thru Door. DESC: THE INTERFACE LINER IS FOR THE CPSS PACKAGE, TYPE IV AND CARRIER BAG ASSEMBLY. MATERIAL IS PLASTIC SHEET, POLYOLEFIN BAG, 32 INCHES X 45 INCHES X .008 INCHES THICK. THE CUTTING AND STICHING TOGETHER OF VARIOUS FABRICS PER SPECIFICATIONS IS REQUIRED. The AIRLOCK LINER IS FOR THE CPSS PACKAGE, TYPE II, CARRIER BAG ASSEMBLY AND BARRIER BAG, 40 INCHES X 52 INCHES X .008 INCH THICK. THE CUTTTING AND STICHING TOGETHER OF VARIOU S FABRICS PER SPECIFICATION IS REQUIRED. The estimated maximum quantity for each item is 300 each. First Article Testing will be required. FOB is DESTINATION. Estimated issue date is November 17, 2006. This solicitation will be issued electronically in ac cordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.h tm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested par ties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your b id or proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of same. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to req uest same by submission of an email request to: tacom-ri-tdp@ria.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the following information; CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact (optional), Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Num ber. A TDP will be provided by normal mail after the solicitation has been released to the internet. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY07 requirement. Note 26 applies. Note 27 applies.
