Description

The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 80 each and the maximum quantity of 240 each. The maximum quantity includes an estima ted 20% for Foreign Military Sales. Required deliver shall be FOB Origin to New Cumberland, PA., beginning 90 days after receipt of assets. PVA is required. This item shall be overhauled/Recap/Upgraded to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Specific ations, verified and accepted by the Government. There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) and therefore shall be overhaul by the OEM or an approved (by the Government) specified source. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc, Hurst, TX. (CAGE 97499), because the technical data is not currently available to support a full an open competitive solicitation. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and repair on the required item described above are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Ag ency. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be mail or email only. You may email your request to Sharon.cook@redstone.army.mil, or mail to AMSAM-AC-LM-M, Bldg 5303, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5 000. Proposals will only be accepted by mail. No datafax or emails will not be accepted for proposals. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date a nd may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOS EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
