- This presolicitation notice is modified to add the following information: The minimum guaranteed amount for each contract is $10,000.00. The maximum amount for each Task Order is $105,000,000.00 or the Single Bonding Limit identified on the Proposal Schedule. The Minimum Task Order amount is $100,000.00. The performance perio d for each contract shall not exceed 5 years, base period and option periods included. Cumulative awards for all task orders under all the awarded IDIQ contracts shall not exceed $630,000,000.00. The NAICS codes applicable to this work are: 236220, 236210, 236116, and 236115. The Contracting Officer will evaluate previous contractor performance, with respect to performance criteria, such as timely delivery of work plans, timely delivery of cost p roposals, adequate competition, subcontracting goals, performance of construction, and/or timely completion of Task Orders to ensure that the contractors do not have unsatisfactory performance ratings. Should a contractor be issued unsatisfactory performan ce ratings, the Contracting Officer shall make a determination as to whether or not it is in the Governments best interest to make further awards. Note: The Proposal Schedule for task orders may also include additional work as option items; however, there is no guarantee the options will be exercised. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds will be required FOR TASK ORDERS. RESPONDERS ARE ADVISED THAT ANY FUTURE AWARD OF TASK ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AND THE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
