- Provide non-personal healthcare services for a qualified Pediatric Surgeon to provide clinical, surgical and consultative services at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Tripler, HI 96859-5000. The contract may be filled by more than one Pediatric Surgeon providing services to beneficiaries age 19 years and under who are presented to TAMC for treatment. The contractor shall maintain during the term of this contract liability insurance issued by a responsible insurance carrier. FAR 52.237-7 Indem nification and Medical Liability Insurance applies to this requirement. This is a firm-fixed price type contract. Contract period is for a Base Period (01 Dec 2006 through 30 Nov 2007) and four (4) one-year option periods. The proposed acquisition is un restricted.
