Description

The Contractor shall provide full Architect/Engineering Services as required to prepare complete drawings, specifications, technical reports and cost estimates including services throughout the construction period for Project 614-06-105 Building 1 Air Handler Unit Replacement at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Memphis, TN. Construction Cost range is $500,000 - $1,000,000. Area of consideration is limited to a 200 mile radius of Memphis, TN. Firms desiring consideration shall submit two (2) copies of SF 330 no later than 3:00pm(CST) November 30, 2006. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. NAICS is 541310. Contract subject to the availability of FY 07 Funds. A/E selection criteria will include: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for performance of required services: (2) Specialized experience and technical competence of the A/E firm with similar type projects: (3) Past Performance on contracts with Government agencies: (4) Location of A/E Firm: (5) Experience roles of key design personnel, specifically on related projects: (6) Cost Control and estimating effectiveness.
