Description

The US Army Communications Electronics Lifecycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) Acquisition center intends to acquire Facemask Assemblies (NSN# 5855-01-258-6180) for the AN/PVS-5C Night Vision Goggles. This requirement shall be manufactured using top drawing number A3139220, associated drawings, and exceptions to drawings, which will be provided by the Government. This procurement will be full and open competition. The contract will be awarded based upon Sealed Bid Procedures. The solicitation will include first article testing, test reports, test plans, configuration controls, updates to the drawings, and data items as required. The requirement will be a five (5) year Firm-Fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contra ct. The government guarantees a minimum purchase of $100,000 with a maximum of $1.9 million over the five(5) years. Shipments are to be FOB Destination. Delivery schedule without first article testing shall be 250 units, 120 days after contract award; w ith first article testing 250 units shall be due 240 days after contract award.
