Description

Fleet Industrial Supply Center, NNSY Maritime Industrial Branch Hampton Roads Division, intends to procure Ingersoll Rand compressor parts, on a sole source basis, (in accordance with FAR 6.302), under a firm fixed priced contract. The ordering data shall be established in the written solicitation. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is purely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS Code is 333911 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation number is N00189-07-T-A006. The closing date for receipt of offers is 13 NOV 06. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFAR 252.204-7004 "REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR)" APPLIES. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information regarding CCR may be found at www.ccr.gov.
