- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of providing one hundred and fifty (150) parking spaces for the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC), Los Angeles, California. The MDC is located at 535 N Alameda Street, Los Angeles, California. The contract type is a requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract shall consist of a 12 - month base period and the possibility of four option years. The contractor must provide a well lighted, covered structure for parking 24 hours per day. All parking spaces will be in an established, paved parking area with designated parking spaces. Permit holders shall be able to access the parking facility twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. The parking shall be within a reasonable walking distance of the MDC. The contractor will provide handicap parking relatively close to the parking entrance. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
