- Contractor to provide Home Oxygen services to beneficiaries of the James E VanZandt VA Medical Center, Altoona, PA. Contractor must be regularly establish in the field and have an operational facility located within 150 mile driving radius of the VA Medical Center, Altoona, PA. Services to be performed in strict accordance with the solicitation. Contract performance period is 1 base year plus four 1 year renewal options.
