Description

The U.S. Army Tank-automotive Armaments and Life Cycle Management Command is requesting a proposal on an other than full and open competition basis, for Stryker Reactive Armor Tile (SRAT) Kits and Mounting Provisions from BAE Systems, Inc. SRAT refer s to a survivability suite which increases the protection level of the Stryker Family of Vehicles (FOV) against shaped charge threats using explosive and non-explosive reactive armor. This will be a five year Fixed-Price, Requirements Contract. This action includes spare kits, modules, performance and acceptance testing, packaging and delivery. The requirement will include production and support for all Stryker Vehicle configurations receiving SRAT Armor. This award is a follow-on action for the continued p roduction of SRAT Armor Tile produced by BAE Systems under a subcontract through General Dynamics Land Systems, the Stryker FOV systems integrator. The total estimated value of this procurement is $380 million. Refer to Numbered Note 22.
