Description

This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The purpose of this solicitation is hurricane damage repairs and waterproofing at the Brickell Plaza Federal Building in Miami, FL. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, transportation, supplies, materials, parts, equipment, and tools required to perform the specified work. Construction trades will be required, and will be identified in the Davis Bacon Wage Determinations included in the solicitation package. The NAICS code is 236220. The Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 million. Performance and Payment bonds of 100% contract value will be required. Estimated project cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Pre-bid site visit/walkthrough will be held and you will be notified of time/date upon receipt of solicitation. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. The Solicitation and Bid Documents will be available by request, mailed hard copy on or about November 16, 2006. Responses should be made in writing by fax or email.
