- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotations number USSS098439 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-13. This action is unrestricted and only interested offerors may submit a quote. The NAICS code is 541519. The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) has a requirement for the following: Product ID number PS-CUS-RESID for EMC2 Professional Services Resident twelve(12) months five(5) days a week. Professional services must be an EMC Certified Engineer and shall possess a minimum of a TOP SECRET security clearance and must be able to successfully obtain agency approval to gain access to on-site facilities. Evaluation Factors: The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose proposal, specifically complies to the Request for Quotation as provided herein, is lowest price. The Contractor shall deliver the complete quantity, FOB Destination, within ten(10) days of contract award. Delivery to DC metro area (to be specified at time of award). The following FAR Provisions and Clauses are applicable unless otherwise noted: HSAR 3052.209-70, Prohibition on Contracts with Corporate Expatriates; 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation ?
