Description

NAICS 561720 - Custodial and related services at three federal buildings in Pembina, North Dakota. Buildings sizes range from 6,500 to 18,000 BOMA rentable square feet. Solicitation packages will be available September 8, 2006. Security clearances are required for all workers. Contract base year is December 1, 2006 through November 30, 2007 with 4 option years. Requests for solicitation packages must be made in writing to Contracting Officer. Faxed requests are accepted. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. This solicitation will be available on www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
