- Description
- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Prevention Pesticides and Toxic Substances (OPPTS) Federal Lead-based Paint Program (FLPP) is soliciting potential Offerors in order to award an IDIQ contract with both Firm-Fixed-Price and Labor-Hour task orders. This procurement is a total SDVOB set-aside for a contract with the potential for a five (5) period of performance if all option years are exercised. The contract will consist of a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) optional period of performance for this requirement is for 12 months plus four (4) optional additional 12-month periods of performance for up to a total of sixty (60) months from the date of award. For this requirement, the contractor shall provide support upgrading and maintaining databases for the Lead Based Paint Program. The contractor shall provide maintenance and support of the databases as needed, to update the system software/hardware, systems design, information requirements, security plan and development of information technology plans for the database system. The database assists EPA in processing the information contained on application forms and other paper submissions, verification of information submitted, issuance of certifications/accreditations and other credentials, enforcement activities, analysis information, and the generation of reports. The contractor shall provide support for the database system with EPA?s Central Data Exchange (CDX) and Pay.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541510 ? Data Management Services. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is expected to be available on or about December 1, 2006. NOTE: Comments on the Draft Statement of Work from SDVOB interested parties on the Draft SOW are welcome, and shall be due to the Contract Specialist no later than November 20, 2006 by 12:00 p.m. (noon). No comments shall be accepted from other than SDVOB, and no comments shall be accepted after the stated date and time.
