Description

The United States Environmental Protection Agency requires land-line telephone service in five locations (One Congress Street, Boston, MA 02114; 11 Technology Drive, North Chelmsford,MA 01863; 10 Lyman Street, Pittsfield, MA; Nine Nesbitt Drive, Bow, NH and 211 Belgrade Avenue, Roslindale, MA 02131). The NAICS codes for this solicitation are 517110 (wired telecommunication carrier) and 517310 (telecommunication reseller). It is the government's intent to award a fixed rate contract which includes a base year and four one-year award terms. The estimated contract value is $129,000 per year which includes Zone 1, Zone 2 and local toll usage charges. Award will be made to the contractor with the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The EPA will not issue a paper solicitation. Chelmsford, MA Voicemail service for 3 of the above POTS lines located at 11 Technology Drive; N. Chelmsford, MA 2 T1 CCIS Point to Point circuits between 1 Congress Street; Boston, MA and 11 Technology Drive; N.
