- Description
- This is a solicitation for FSC Class 8415 Wildland Firefighter Pants. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 7FLA-G6-07-8438-N is issued as a request for proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business, under NAICS code 315225 and small business size standard 500. A list of the line item numbers quantities, units of measure, description or requirements, date and place of delivery, and FOB point are included in the attached solicitation. FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors -Commercial applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with its offer. Clause 52.212-4 - Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Condition Required to Implement Statute or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, are applicable to this solicitation.
