Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 and 15 and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number 673-18-07 applies and is issued as a request for quotations. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 811219 size standard $6.5 million. Provide preventive maintenance and repair of Phoenix Dialysis Systems for the James A Haley Veterans Administration Hospital (VAMC), 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL; Period of contract shall be from December 1, 2006 through November 30, 2007 with four optional years. All quotations are to be submitted by hard copy to the designated office by COB November 22, 2006. ELECTRONIC VERSIONS OF QUOTATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
