Configuration Control Applies. Technical Data will only be released to Export Control Certified Requestors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR-VAB via internet https://www.dbi.dscc.dla.mil or by phone at (804) 279-5912 or by Fax at (804) 279-6126. Final contract decision will be based on price, past performance, and other factors as so stated in the solicitation. This is a Critical Application Item. This is a request for a written proposal. Solicitation will be for a Long-Term Contract with a base year and four option years. Guaranteed minimum buy quantity for the base year is 33 each.
