Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Quintiles Consulting for consulting services to assist ORO in investigating for cause regulatory compliance oversight activities of VA conducted or support research programs being conducted out of the United States under the authority of FAR 6.302.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  This is not a request for proposals.  The contract period is one (1) year from date of award with an option for four (4) additional years.  Please refer questions to Dianne.Scott@va.gov (202) 273-6046.  See Numbered Note 22.
