Description

This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for HYDRAULIC BREAKER HP3000/JRB121-1100065HYDRAULIC JACK HAMMER ATTACHMENT FOR JOHN DEERE MODEL 200C EXCAVATOR. HAMMER HP3000, AND HYDRAULIC QUICK ATTACH BRACKET JRB MODEL 1211PART121-1100065 OR EQUAL, 1 EACH. This delivery will be to Patrick AFB, FL. Period of performance/expected delivery date is 30 days ARO. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-07-T-0042 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3531, business size of 750 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 333120. GSA Schedule holders for this item/service are encouraged to provide us with their GSA Schedule number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
