- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.603. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number N68936-07-T-0003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division China Lake CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis six (6) Mobile Mini Containers . The Mobile Mini Containers/Open Bay Office, CLIN 0001, shall meet the following specifications: Length: 40 feet; Width: 8 feet; Height : 8 feet, high ceiling. Ground level (No set-up charges). Interior finished textured drywall. Vinyl tile floors. Electrical: 125 amp breaker panel, 120/240 volt single phase. Flourescent ceiling lights. Ext. J Box - Phone & data. Windows/Doors: Security bars, screened horizontal sliders, mini blinds. Steel exterior doors with 3 point locking system, hydraulic door closures. Heating and Cooling - Extra large HVAC. Exterior finish 16 gauge steel sliding, drip-rail gutter over door. Floor joist 12" on Center. The delivery shall be completed by 14 December 2006. The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Jan 2005), applies to this acquisition and there is no addenda to the provision. FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Jan 1999), applies and contains important evaluation information. Award will be made to the most responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and technical factors considered.
