Description

VAMC-Iowa City Health Care System is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Architecture/Engineering services for "Radiology Site Prep" at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Iowa City, IA. NAICS Code 541310, size standard $4.5 million. Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to provide A/E services as described in the Scope of Work, qualifications and Services. The scope of work for this project shall include, but is not, limited to the design services for the replacement of Radiology equipment. Project will renovate and upgrade utilities to accommodate replacement of existing radiology equipment with two digital fluoroscopy units and one general fluoroscopy unit. Remodeling and preparation includes structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work. A/E contract shall include but not limited to working drawings, specifications, reproduction of bid documents, construction period services, final inspections and as-built drawings. Estimated construction cost range is $200,000 --- $400,000. Estimated cost range for this solicitation is $25,000 to $100,000. Area of consideration, firms must be within 75 miles radius, of the VAMC-Iowa City. Please, submit your qualifications and past performance data on SF 330 (architecture-engineer qualifications); and for any consultants, to be used, on SF 330 sections E and F.
