Description

This is a Sources Sought for Synopsis of Lawn Mowing services at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas. Required services are commercial, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall apply to this acquisition. Services include, but are not limited to: grass mowing, edging, trimming and use of herbicides to control weeds. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary to perform a comprehensive lawn mowing service at the Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Texas. This will be a perfor- mance-based contract. Period of performance will be a base year and four (4) one-year option year periods. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561730. The small business size standard if $6 million. The solicitation synopsis will be issued on or about 16 NOV 2006. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in On-Line Representations and Certifications. (ORCA).
