Competition for this part is limited to sources which are listed on or are qualified for listing on the QPL at the time of award. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 1 Dec 2006. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 2 Jan 2007. The anticipated award date will be Feb 2007. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.
