- Description
- The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for forty (40) indoor automobile parking spaces for the Court of the District of Columbia. The spaces must be located within a (4) four block radius of 500 Indiana Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20001. Spaces must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. Entrance and exit privileges must be unlimited. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial item contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a contract term consisting of a base year with four one-year options for a total of five years. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. It is the anticipated that Solicitation No. DJMS-07-Q-0005 will be issued on or before November 17, 2006. The estimated response date will be December 01, 2006. The solicitation will be available through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web-site:www.fbo.gov. The FebBizOpps web site provides downloading instructions. Future information about that acquisition including solicitation amendments will also be distributed through the FedBizOpps site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps web site to ensure that they have the most up to date information about this acquisition.
