- Description
- The Regional Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to negotiate a sole source contract for On-site KPI-24 & KPI-24II Panels Training Support to COMPUNETIX, Inc. of Monroeville, Pennsylvania for the Pacific Missile Range Facility on the island of Kauai, Hawaii under the authority of FAR 6.302. The proposed acquisition is to provide training to ensure proper use of the COMPUNETIX manufactured and developed KPI-24 & KPI-24II Panels in support of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program. The NAICS code is 541330 and the small business size standard is $23M. The prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All notices shall be posted at http://www.neco.navy.mil by 4:00 P.M. Hawaii Standard Time on November 20, 2006. It is the offeror?s responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments or notices to this solicitation.
