Solicitation will be issued as a small business set aside based on full and open competition. Destination Inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. The NSN is as follows 6115-00-407-8322, 126 day?s delivery. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
