Description: We intend to issue a contract to National Instruments Corporation, 11500 N Mopac Expy, Austsin, TX, 78759, on a sole source basis. This contract is for DIAdem data acquisition and analysis tools basic and advanced training. This training will equip personnel with the knowledge and skills to use the proprietary data acquisition and analysis tools... This training can only be provided by National Instrumentation based on the proprietary nature of the system. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation is forthcoming.
