Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to solicit and award on a Sole Source basis to AirPhoto USA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency require ments and under FAR Part 13.501. The requirement is for a 1-foot resolution True Color Digital Ortho Photomap and Georeferenced (10,400 square miles) of photo coverage of Philadelphia/New Jersey Area. Photography will be provided through Photomapper Soft ware 4.3 and provided with a network site license for 20 concurrent users. The contractor shall also provide a 6 resolution, 2400 square mile photo coverage of the Delaware River. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No co ntract award will be made on the bases of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document and request for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS code is 541922, SIC 7335 with a size standard of $6.5 million.
