- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, intends to acquire various assembly lifting clamps on a full and open competition basis. Item (1) The forty-two (42) Assembly 2 lifting clamps to be provided under Item 0001 shall be manufactured in accordance with Assembly 2 of Dwg. 4398614, Rev T. Item (2) the seventy-eight (78) Assembly 6 lifting clamps to be provided under Item 0001 shall be manufactured in accordance with Assembly 6 of Dwg. 4398614, Rev T. Item (3) twenty-six (26) Assembly 51 lifting clamps to be provided under Item 0002 shall be manufactured in accordance with Assembly 51 of Dwg. 4398614, Rev T. Item (4) the ten (10) Assembly 232 sliding clamps to be provided under Item 0003 shall be manufactured in accordance with Assembly 232 of Dwg. 4398614, Rev T. Item (5) The three (3) Assembly 325 lifting clamps to be provided under Item 0004 shall be manufactured in accordance with Assembly 325 of Dwg. 4398614, Rev T. Spreader Bar, item 329 of drawing 4398614, is required. Item (6) The four (4) Assembly 338 lifting clamps to be provided under Item 0005 shall be manufactured in accordance with Assembly 338 of Dwg. 4398614, Rev T. Technical data in accordance with DD Form 1423. Drawings for these items will be provided upon request. The proposed contract is 100 percent set aside for small business concerns. Offers from concerns other than SBs will not be considered. All responsible SBs submitting a proposal will be considered by NSWCCD. Only requests made in writing will be considered.
