Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE REQUIRED Rapid City, South Dakota The Federal Government has a requirement to lease office space consisting of approximately 1,898 rentable square feet. The space must be contiguous on one floor. Rentable space must yield approximately 1,650 usable square feet for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Existing buildings or build-to-suit locations will be considered. Space not located on the ground floor or top floor is preferred. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, and must not lie within the 100-year flood plain and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply. Such space shall be ready for occupancy no later than May 1, 2007. The government is seeking a lease term of 10 years with 5 years firm. Space offered must be located within the following delineated area: East of Sheridan Lake Road, West of North Avenue, South of Omaha Street and North of Fairmont Boulevard. Only properties that are contained within these boundaries or which front directly on them and meet or are capable of meeting the above criteria will be considered for this procurement.
