- This solicitation is being modified to add the following information in regard to conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID, as well as the P/N?s of the approved sources. Additionally, estimated issue, closing and award dates are updated. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror?s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. This solicitation will contain one NSN for an Indicator, Air Speed. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply: United Technology, Sikorsky Aircraft Division, Cage 78286, P/N 70450-01042-101, and Aerosonic Corp, Cage 98810, P/N 20025-2173. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6610-01-098-8363; Base Year AEQ: 508 each, Option Year EAQ: 508 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Origin, 46 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 7 December 2006. The estimated award date is 7 March 2007. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
