Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility, Stennis Space Center, MS 39529, plans to make a non competitive award via written request for quotation to YSI, INCORPORATED, 1700/1725 Brannum LN, Yellow Springs, OH 45387-1106, for Multi-Parameter Sonde with conductivity (2), Ph Probes ( 2), Level Sonde with conductivity (10), Vented cable 10 ft ( 10 ea, ph/ORP replacement probe ( 10), ROX optical 02 Sensor(13) Water Quality Sonde shallow vented (4), solely for the purpose of restocking the Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility Warehouse. The Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility is responsible for testing, evaluating and warehousing numerous types of instrumentation and equipment to support field data collection activities of other federal agencies. This notice is for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. NAICS is 334513. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to the Contracting Officer no later than the identified response date. Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302 for the proposed contract. Responses to this notice must be submitted to http://Ideasec.nbc.gov, or via email to Paulette Hundley@usgs.gov.
