- Description
- The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to develop, deliver and evaluate/revise materials and make recommendations to the United States Air Force (USAF) for the Senior Safety Professional Course in accordance with AF MIPR F2KDAC6243G001. Additionally, the contractor will conduct research as necessary; review past course materials related to the Senior Safety Professional Course training; develop course materials, coordinate with Transportation Safety Institute (TSI) and USAF as required; prepare various correspondence/reports and collate and provide materials. Contractor will provide information as requested. The contractor may be required to brief senior level military and civilian personnel, and present course material/information, as needed, during the training. Contractor will work closely with TSI/sponsor management, various staff, and USAF subject matter experts to successfully complete delivery of USAF Senior Safety Professional Course education/training products. Instructor will be responsible for turnkey products for use by TSI and USAF. The scope of work includes development to USAF standards, assimilation and delivery of materials and presentation of course to the USAF personnel and evaluation as specified in accordance with AF MIPR F2KDAC6243G001. The requirement will include lesson plans and 3 classes to be held at Kirtland AFB, NM to the USAF. At this time, the class is proprietary to Payne Consulting Services, Los Lunas, NM, there shall be no substitution. The requirement is being processed using limitation of sources to a single source as provided for under the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Sections 3.2.2.2 and 3.2.2.4.
