Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics Office intends to negotiate sole source procurement from Digirad Imaging Solutions for The full service maintenance for the Digirad Nuclear Medicine Gamma Camera System located at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (West Clinic), 630 S. Rancho Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89106. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13 and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and a point of contact. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00 PM PST, December 01, 2006. This notice is not a request for offers. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated date of award is December 04, 2006.
