Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting & General Services Office in Portland, OR have a requirement at the Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuge Complex, California, to provide Copier Maintenance - Canon Image Runner 3220G, Model No. CC32X. Awarded purchase order to include base year plus four (4) option years (exercised at the federal government's discretion). 1.) Monthly maintenance charge shall be based on 2,400 copies per month. 2.) Estimated Color Copies over agreed total amount, 2400 copies (includes black/white copies). 3.) Estimated Black/White copies over agreed amount, 2,400 copies (includes color copies). Selection process is "Best Value" (Price, Experience & Past Performance). NOTE: This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns; however the government is accepting quotes from large business concerns. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to participating large business. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811212, Product or Service code (PSC) is J074, and small business size standard is $23.0 million.
