Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting & General Services Office in Portland, OR have a requirement at the Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuge Complex, California, to provide PROPANE plus DELIVERY for its Refuges. DELIVERY ADDRESS' shall be for LOWER KLAMATH NWR: 10242 Stateline Road (Hwy 161), Tulelake, CA; STEARNS SHOP: 11814 Stateline Rd (Hwy 161), Tulelake, CA; TULE LAKE NWRC: 4009 Hill Rd, Tulelake, CA and FIRE MANAGEMENT: 4009 Hill Rd, Tulelake, CA. Selection process is "Best Value" (Price, Experience & Past Performance). Individuals authorized to request deliveries under the awarded purchase order shall be: Dan O'Neill, Mark Carlson, Cary Foster, Karen Tanaka, Greg Austin, and Vicki Orr. NOTE: This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns; however the government is accepting quotes from large business concerns. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to participating large business. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 454312, Product or Service code (PSC) is 6830, and small business size standard is $6.5 million.
