- Solicitation Number, SPM4A6-07-R-0132, 0013177927, NSN: 9150-00-265-9408, Hydraulic Fluid, Petroleum Base. QPL applies. Unit drum contains 55 gallons. Government Lot Acceptance testing is required. This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a military/federal specification/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. Refer to section L, clause 52211-9G13 for obtaining such data. This NSN is in accordance with the following: SPEC NR MIL-PRF-5606H AMEND NR 01 DTD 06/07/02 TYPE NUMBER MIL-PRF-5606H; STD NR MIL-STD-290F AMEND NR 00 DTD 07/17/00 TYPE NUMBER: II SHELF LIFE 24 MONTHS. This is a synopsis for a commercial item in accordance with the procedures of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. This is solicited as Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract for a quantity of 740 drums (DR). A Quantity Option shall not be included in the solicitation. This is a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). DLA-Direct lines only to the following ? Line 0001 ? Tracy, CA (AQ5) & Line 0002 ? Richmond, VA (SRG). FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN. Required delivery is 103 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on December 12, 2006 with a closing date of January 12, 2006.
