Description

The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, supervision, equipment and transportation to perform various maintenance repairs and construction improvements at the ARS Gun Range located in Beltsville, Maryland in accordance with the Statement of Work, drawings, and specifications. All work is to be completed within 30 calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A site visit is scheduled for December 14, 2006 at 10:00 a.m., meeting at Building 426, Beltsville, BARC-East. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238190 and the annual size standard is $12.0 million. This acquisition will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, using procedures from FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about November 23, 2006. If you are unable to download the solicitation, a written request may be submitted to the Contracting Officer requesting a hard copy. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded to the responsible offeror who submits the quotation considered most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Anticipated award date is January 3, 2007.
