Description
This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for a Name Brand or Equal Specification requirement of DLP Projectors w/Universal Ceiling Mounts for the Academic Media Department of the United States Air Force Academy. At this time, this sources sought is restricted to 8(a), HubZone and Service-Disabled Veteran small disadvantaged businesses in order to garner interest in this requirement. Your company must be registered in the Central Contract Registration system with an active cage code, Duns number and Tax I.D. number. In addition, your company must complete online reps and certs through ORCA at www.bpn.gov and a Buy American Act Certificate IAW DFARs 252.225-7000. The following is the Name Brand or Equal Specification for the DLP Projectors w/Universal Ceiling Mounts, Qty: 288 DLP Projectors and 288 ceiling mounts. Brand Name or Equal Specification For the DLP Projector DF has a requirement to purchase 288 new projectors to improve educational and research capabilities. These projectors are utilized in classrooms, lecture halls, labs and conference rooms throughout Fairchild Hall and the Annex. Due to the age of a large portion of our existing units and the ever increasing advancements in media/computer technology there is a constant requirement to replace outdated units. Acquiring these projectors will allow faculty, staff, students and guests to the Academy to visually display highly detailed programs to classes and large audiences. Our preference is for the IN34 Infocus projector to include ceiling mounts for each. (vertical) - Video Compatibility: SDTV: NTSC, PAL, SECAM, 480i/576i EDTV: 480p, 576p HDTV: 720p, 1080i - Ceiling Mount: Universal Input - Control: Projector keypad, IR remote control, RJ45 serial - Input Sources: 1 - M1-DA (analog and digital computer) 1 - VESA (analog computer) 1 - S-Video 4-pin mini DIN (Video) 1 - Composite (video) 1 - 3.5mm mini-jack (audio) Output - Audio: 1.0 Watt mono speaker - Outputs: VGA monitor out (15-pin D-Sub), 3.5mm mini-jack Lyle M.
