- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating a sole source procurement with Barramundi Corporation, PO Box 4259 Homosassa Springs, FL 34447-4259. For the purchase and delivery, of 50 ea Model D 220 Air Samplers with 2 minute driv e motors. PN: D220. 5 ea Model D 220 with 30 minute drive motor & 5 ea Model D 220 with 60 minute dirve motor for the Life Sciences Test Facility, located at U.S. Army, Dugway Proving Ground, Utah installation. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), and Fed eral Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services, and/or equipment required are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services, and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the Government's requirements. If no responses are received, the Gove rnment will proceed with sole source negotiations with Barramundi Corporation, Inc. This combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: (CLIN 0001) 50 each (CLIN 0002) 5 ea & (CLIN 0003) 5 ea for purchase and delivery of Mattson Ga rvin Model D 220 Air Samplers with 2 min drive motor, 30 min & 60 min drive motors, part number: D220. The requirement is issued as a request for quote W911S607T0009(RFQ). Prices must include shipping cost to Accountable Property Officer; Building 5464; Du gway UT 84022-5000 (FOB: Destination). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W911S6-07-T-0009. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 334516 (500 employees) applies to this procurement.
