Description

Question #1: Is this for Evans Community Hospital? Answer: Customer information is not necessary to quote this solicitation. Question #2: Does the Facility where these MFP's are going require the use of a Common Access Card (CAC) for PC log in? Answer: These units will be hung on the network and will not require authentication. All units must be network capable. Question #3: Will the Digital Senders be used to scan to e-mail? Answer: Items must be capable of equal performance to the specified item. Question #4: Will all the devices be on the network and if so, would you specify the n-version of each? Answer: All units must be network capable (See Question #2), the N-version is not specified to allow respondents to quote the best make and model based upon the salient features.
