Description

PROPOSED NOTICE FOR HVAC WEST END BLDG 5418 W911S1-07-B-0003 Contractor to furnish all labor, supplies, equipment, supervision and transportation to perform HVAC repair, west end of Bldg 5418, Fort Dix, NJ. The resultant award shall be a Firm Fixed Price. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procure ment are 238220, 1711, $13.0 million. This acquisition is being issued pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Program. Therefore, this solicitation is issued UNRESTRICTED. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Only one award shall be made. Firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to Army Reserve Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, New Jersey, 08640-5097; faxed to Chad Galioto 609-562-6933 or emailed to chad.galioto@dix.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. All requests should include the solicitation number,W911S1-07-B-0003, your companys name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
